“Karena dalam hukum, isi pesan itu bersifat personal. Jika mau diunggah, harus atas izin dari yang bersangkutan,” ucapnya.
Angel Lelga dijerat dengan pasal 27 Ayat 3 jo pasal 45 a, pasal 28 ayat 2 jo pasal 45 a UU ITE. “Ancaman hukumannya enam tahun penjara,” pungkasnya. (AL)
